Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. CITIZENS AGE 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Promotion Overview
The Jim Zuckerman Quarterly Canvas Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is a free promotional drawing in which eligible participants can win a printed stretched canvas featuring the entrant’s submitted photograph artistically blended with an existing Jim Zuckerman image. The blending will be completed by Jim Zuckerman or a member of his team.

2. Promotion Period
The Giveaway is conducted in quarterly periods, beginning October 1, 2025, and continuing until otherwise announced. Each period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of the quarter and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the quarter. Entries received after the close of a quarter will be automatically entered into the next quarter’s drawing.

3. Sponsor/Administrator
The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Wyld Light, LLC, 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001(“Sponsor”).

4. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are U.S. citizens and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit www.wyldlight.com/free-giveaway, complete the entry form, and upload one qualifying image of yourself or another subject for which you own all necessary rights. By entering, you agree to receive the Sponsor’s monthly newsletter and promotional communications.
Limit: One entry per person per Giveaway period. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

6. Image Requirements and Disqualification
Submitted images must:

• Be your own original work or one you have full legal rights to use.

• Be in a resolution and format suitable for artistic blending.

• Not contain illegal, infringing, or offensive content.

Note: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry if, in the sole judgment of the Sponsor’s artistic team, the submitted image cannot be reasonably blended into Jim Zuckerman’s selected artwork or fails to meet the above requirements.

7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) winner per quarter will receive a stretched canvas print featuring their submitted image blended with a Jim Zuckerman photograph. The size, style, and finish will be determined by the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value: $58.00 plus postage to send. No cash alternative, prize substitution, or transfer is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit: one prize awarded per individual for the lifetime of this Giveaway.

8. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that quarter or from previous quarters. Drawings will be conducted within seven (7) days following the close of each quarterly period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. General Conditions

• All federal, state, and local laws apply.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates,subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants understand and agree they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time
  without prior notice.

11. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, and the blended artwork for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy found at www.wyldlight.com/privacy-policy.

13. Disputes

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. All participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that state.
