We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, India, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
We have three choices to ship our products depending on how soon you would like to receive them. Please keep in mind that as we approach major holidays such as Christmas, you will have to order at least four weeks ahead of time due to the extreme number of orders that we receive. We have outlined them for you below:
Standard Shipping: For standard shipping, we will need approximately 10 business days from the date we receive your order to print and return it to you. This time includes printing your order, packing it and then shipping it to your location.
Express Shipping: For express shipping, we will need approximately 8 business days from the date we receive your order to print and return it to you. This time includes printing your order, packing it and then shipping it to your location.
Priority Shipping: For priority shipping, we will need approximately 6 business days from the date we receive your order to print and return it to you. This time includes printing your order, packing it and then shipping it to your location.

We have a flat rate for each type of shipping chosen below:
Standard Shipping: $13.99
Express: Shipping: $19.99
Priority Shipping: $29.99
Currently, we ship to the following two countries only: United States and Canada. We cannot, however, ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. Sorry. We use DHL, UPS & FedEx to do our shipping.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled out when placing your orders. This email will also guide you regarding how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to the carrier, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of our online shop.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information will be displayed after your order started being shipped.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. It depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, so you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please pay them the required fee to receive your order.
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable method for you. Even though all products are listed in US Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
